The break offered me a lot of time to relax and wrap my head around ISM and school in general. Over the break, I have been in touch with Armstrong Ekpete once again and I think I am going to ask him to be my mentor. I researched the Martian space suit over break to compare it to the BioSuit, which I researched previously.
A major focus of the break was our display boards. I bought the supplies and placed all of my titles on my board. I still need to print all the papers and then attach it to the board. I am planning to use construction paper as a border for my display board. It will further my color scheme by allowing me to add some white or red borders on top of my navy board.
The research showcase is coming very very very quickly and it really didn’t hit me until right now. I need to edit my proposal clarifying that I am writing an analytical paper comparing the different space suits up in the running for the Mars exploration trip. I need to explicitly state that my original work is the halfway point/research for my final product, a prototype for the space suit design. I need to work on my paper itself because there is a lot of content and ideas I need to get down, so I must get farther on it in order to have good content without being stressed out last minute.
